3. Highlight High-Value Orders on X (Twitter) from Shopify

Let's Create a Shopify and X (Twitter) Integration Flow
Let's get started with creating a flow that integrates Shopify and X (Twitter)! This time, we'll proceed with the integration of Shopify and X (Twitter) using Yoom in a no-code manner. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one using this registration form.
[What is Yoom]
This time, we will create a flow bot that "posts on X (Twitter) when product information is added on Shopify". The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
Integrate Shopify and X (Twitter) with My Apps
Copy the template
Set up the Shopify trigger and configure each action
Turn on the trigger and verify the operation
Step 1: Connect Shopify and X (Twitter) to My Apps
First, register Shopify and X (Twitter) to Yoom's My Apps, which will be used this time. Registering them in My Apps beforehand will allow you to proceed with the subsequent settings smoothly.
1. Register Shopify to My Apps
*Shopify is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you set up will result in errors, so please be careful.
*Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. You can use apps that are subject to restrictions during the free trial, so please take this opportunity to try them out!
Log in to Yoom and click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen. "Add" will be displayed on the right side of the screen, so click it and enter Shopify in the search box.
A screen like the one below will be displayed, so fill in all the fields and click "Add". For detailed registration instructions, please refer to here.
2. Register X (Twitter) to My Apps
Similarly, enter X (Twitter) in the search box and select from the displayed options.
An account connection screen like the one below will be displayed. Click "allow the app to access" to complete the login, and the My Apps screen will be displayed.
If Shopify and X (Twitter) are displayed in the My Apps list, registration is complete!
Step 2: Copy the Template
From here, we will proceed with the actual flow bot settings! To make the setup easy, we will use a template. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the template.
When you click, the template will automatically be copied to your Yoom management screen, and a screen like the one below will be displayed. Click "OK" to proceed to the next step!
Step 3: Setting Triggers in Shopify
We will set up the system to detect when product information is created in Shopify using Yoom's API and automatically activate the flow bot. Click on "Product information created (Webhook)" in the copied template.
A screen to select the linked account and action will be displayed, so make sure the Shopify account you are using is correct and click "Next".
The Webhook event reception settings will be displayed. Switch to the Shopify admin screen and follow the steps listed to set it up.

Once the settings are complete, perform a test. Create actual product information in Shopify for testing purposes. *Since this is a test, using temporary product name and information (e.g., "Product Name: Test", "Product Information: ⚪︎⚪︎") are fine!
After creating the product information, return to the Yoom screen and click "Test". If the test is successful, the product information created in Shopify can be obtained as retrieved value. These values can be referenced in subsequent settings. *For more details on the retrieved value, please refer to here
Confirm that the information has been correctly obtained, click "Save", and proceed to the next setting.
Step 4: Confirm Data Transformation
To automatically post on X (Twitter), we will set up the transformation of Shopify data. Since we are using a template, it is set by default, but let's check the settings! Click "Manipulate and convert data".
The screen will switch to the action selection screen. Click "Next".
In the "Target Text" field, use the retrieved value from the trigger setting in Step 3 to set the product description added in Shopify.
In the transformation rules below, it is set to remove HTML from the text so that it can be posted on X (Twitter).
Check the above settings and click "Test". If the test is successful, the transformed text can be obtained as retrieved value. Confirm that the text has been obtained and click "Save".
Step 5: Post on X (Twitter)
Finally, we will set up automatic posting on X (Twitter). Click "Post a post".
In the screen to select the linked account and action, make sure the X (Twitter) account you are using is correct and click "Next".
Next, the API connection settings screen will be displayed. In the "Post Text" field, enter the content to be automatically posted using the retrieved values.
For parts that use the same text every time, such as "A new product has been added!", enter fixed values, and for values that reference Shopify information, such as "Product Name" or "Product Information", use the retrieved values.
For example, I set it up as shown in the figure below! For the product name, I used the "Product Name" retrieved from Shopify, and for the product content, I used the "Text After Conversion" transformed in Step 4.
For items other than the below, set them as needed.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test" and confirm that it is correctly posted on X (Twitter). After confirming, save it.
Step 6: Turn on the Trigger and Check Operation
All settings are now complete! Once the settings are complete, the following screen will be displayed. Click "Turn on Trigger" in the red frame to automatically activate the flow bot. Make sure it is working correctly.
Thank you for your hard work on the settings!

I worked for a web marketing company as customer support for about 3 years. I spent time managing customer information and internal data, and when I was worried, I came across Yoom. I have a strong feeling every day that I wish I could come across Yoom sooner, which is easy to use even without programming knowledge... I hope it will help those who have similar problems with improving work efficiency!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
