Copy an Existing Template

Step 1: Link SmartHR and @pocket to My Apps
First, as preparation, link Yoom with the app.
After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu.
After the screen transition, please press "+ New Connection".
Enter the name of the app you want to link in the search window, and follow the on-screen instructions to log in or sign in to complete the link. This time, we will register "SmartHR" and "@pocket". Once registration is complete, icons will appear in the list of My Apps.

Next, copy the template to My Projects and create a Flowbot. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flowbot template from below.

Step 2: When employee information is updated in SmartHR (Webhook activation)
First, we will set up the app trigger. Please click on the "When employee information is updated (Webhook activation)" enclosed in a red frame. Enter the account information to be linked and press "Next".
When the screen transitions, it will look like the following.
Please proceed with the setup using the URL from Step 1. ※ How to specify and obtain information on employee custom fields in SmartHR ishere
Scroll down to see the output. It can be used in the settings on the linked app side, but it is okay to skip it here. Press "Save" to return to the first screen.
Step 3: Update record information in @pocket
Next, proceed with the settings for "Update record information". Enter the account information to be linked and press "Next".
"App ID" and "Record ID" should be set while checking the notes at the bottom of the input fields.
Since we want to automatically reflect SmartHR information in @pocket, we will use the output here. ※ You can select the output by clicking on the input field.
As an example, I set "Employee ID" as the value for the record information.

Once the input is complete, scroll down to check the detailed settings. ※ Here, you can set errors and intervals.
When you press "Save", the following popup will be displayed. Press "Turn on Trigger", and if the trigger at the top of the first screen looks like the image, it's OK!
