By using the SMSLINK API, you can integrate it with other applications used by your company and automate the distribution of SMS. If you prepare the recipient's mobile phone number and message in the app you usually use, you can automatically send SMS without having to re-register with SMSLINK. You can continue to register lead and customer contact information in your database, CRM, or SFA as usual.

Additionally, the timing of sending SMS can be customized freely, not only for pre-specified schedules or immediate sending but also in conjunction with the registration or update of information from other integrated APIs. It can be used for various timings and purposes, such as the first report to new leads, thank-you messages to customers after negotiations or contract completion, and new product announcements.

How to Use SMSLINK API

This time, we will use a service called Yoom to utilize the SMSLINK API without coding.

* To use the SMSLINK API with Yoom, you need an access token issued by SMSLINK. Please contact your SMSLINK representative for details.

How to Connect SMSLINK with Yoom

Setting Up My App Integration

1. Select "My Apps" from the left menu, then click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. Select SMSLINK from the new connection candidates in My Apps.
 * You can narrow down the candidates by entering the app name in the search box.

3. Enter the account name and access token, then click "Add".

The integration is now complete. You can now use the API provided by SMSLINK from Yoom!

Master SMSLINK API Using Yoom Templates!

Send SMS When Registering Lead or Customer Information

By using the SMSLINK API, you can automatically send SMS when information is registered in the integrated database, CRM, or SFA. Since the contact number uses the information from the app used for lead or customer information management, there is no need to re-register with SMSLINK.

Additionally, you can freely set the content of the message, allowing you to send thank-you messages for surveys or campaign applications as the first report to new leads or use it as a reminder for briefing sessions or seminar reservations. For example, you can also create a database of customers who have not made repeat purchases for a certain period and send them sales announcements.

Please use this when you want to apply the same approach to all leads or customers at the time of information registration.

By integrating with chat tools via API, in addition to apps that register lead and customer information with SMSLINK, it becomes possible to automatically notify relevant parties after sending an SMS. This not only allows the entire team to be aware of the registered information and the completion of SMS sending, but also can be utilized for requesting follow-up tasks to other team members through the settings of notification recipients and notification messages.

Send SMS to Leads and Customers When Information is Updated

It is also possible to automatically send SMS when information from integrated apps is updated. For example, when the database managing deal information is updated, you can send a thank-you message after the meeting or use it as a reminder for the next scheduled meeting. This is recommended when the update timing is consistent.

Send SMS Only to Recipients Who Meet Specified Conditions

When information is registered or updated in the app, you can automatically send SMS messages only to recipients who meet specific conditions. Set the necessary conditions for identification, such as lead source, products of interest, purchase frequency, and the corresponding message content. You can use multiple flows and change the message content for each condition to send SMS to all recipients.

Send SMS from Database, CRM, or SFA Management Screen

Even if information is not registered or updated in the app that manages contacts, you can send SMS to specified recipients from the app screen using the Google Chrome extension. For example, you can send a thank-you message or contract procedure guide to a customer whose status has been updated as the business negotiation phase progresses, or send a thank-you or next appointment notice after entering the negotiation results.

Without logging into SMSLINK to input contacts or messages, SMS can be automatically sent from the app where information is registered or updated. This prevents human errors such as omissions, delays, or misdelivery.

Send SMS upon Workflow Approval

Since SMSLINK is a pay-as-you-go service, it is often limited to sending messages to leads or customers. However, if you want to use it for urgent internal communications, please refer to the following template.

This is a flow that automatically sends an SMS when a workflow for a specified application form in Garoon is approved. Even if you are frequently out of the office or on business trips due to sales activities, you can receive approval notifications via SMS and respond immediately. This can lead to prompt follow-up actions after workflow approval, such as contacting the relevant customer immediately when an internal approval for a large project is granted, or securing a meeting room when a sudden change in meeting schedule is approved by a superior.
