The flow to integrate Salesforce and SMSLINK using Yoom proceeds through the following four processes.

・Setting up Salesforce as a trigger
・Configuring to retrieve records from Salesforce
・Setting up to send via SMSLINK
・Configuring to register the sending history in Salesforce

Before starting the integration flow setup, register your My App and copy the template.

To integrate Salesforce and SMSLINK with Yoom, register your My App.
Click "My App" on the left side of the Yoom management screen and click "+ New Connection".

When you search for "Salesforce" and "SMSLINK" on the next screen, you will be taken to the following screen.

・In the case of Salesforce
※When registering Salesforce as My App, be careful to use an account linked with other services and configure settings on the Salesforce side. For details, please check the help page here.
※Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you set will result in errors, so please be careful. Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.

・In the case of SMSLINK

If you fill in the necessary parts according to the screen, the My App registration will be completed.

This completes the preparation.

Step 1: Configure Salesforce to Trigger

First, configure Salesforce to trigger the automation process.
The action set here will be the trigger.

1. From the left side of the Yoom management screen, select "My Projects" and click "Send SMSLINK when a specific status is reached in Salesforce [Copy]".
* The title can be changed freely on the next screen.
* Salesforce is only available with Yoom's Team Plan and Success Plan.

2. Click "App Trigger: When a specific status is reached in Salesforce...".

3. Verify the account information to be linked with Salesforce and click "Next".
* Other fields are entered by default as shown in the image below.

4. A Webhook URL will be displayed, so copy it and register it in the Salesforce management screen.
Refer to the help page here to register the Webhook URL and the triggering action in Salesforce.
Once the Salesforce setup is complete, return to the Yoom screen, perform a test, and save if successful.

This completes the Salesforce setup to trigger the automated process.

Step 2: Configure to Retrieve Records from Salesforce

Next, configure Yoom to retrieve records from Salesforce.
This setup allows you to send messages using SMSLINK with Salesforce records.

1. Click "Operate Database: Retrieve Records".

2. Enter "My Domain URL" and "Object API Reference Name" for database integration according to the description below the fields, then click "Next".
* Other fields are set by default.

3. Set the conditions for the records you want to retrieve and perform a test.
* This allows you to retrieve data from the specified table in Salesforce.

The data retrieved from the specified table in Salesforce will be reflected in the "Output" as shown below.
If there are no issues with the test results, save them.

Step 3: Configure SMSLINK to Send

Next, configure SMSLINK to send messages.

1. Click "Integrate with App: Send SMS".

2. Verify the account information to be linked with SMSLINK and click "Next".
* Other fields are set by default.

3. Set the content of the message to be sent to the customer and save it.
Clicking the field will display the output, and the records retrieved from Salesforce in "Retrieve Records" will be listed.
By using this data, you can dynamically reflect data such as names that change for each customer.

4. Set the recipient of the completion notification email and the delivery date and time, then perform a test. If successful, save it.
* The delivery date and time can be specified by clicking "Date" displayed when you click the field.

Step 4: Configure to Register Send History in Salesforce

Finally, configure to register the send history sent by SMSLINK in Salesforce.

1. Click "Integrate with App: Register SMS Send History".

2. In "Select Linked Account and Action", verify that each field is set and click "Next".

3. Enter the My Domain URL according to the description below the field, set the comments, and click "Save".

4. By turning the trigger ON, the process of sending SMSLINK when a specific status is reached in Salesforce will be automated from next time.
