When handling employee onboarding procedures, do you find the registration process for apps used in business operations cumbersome?
This article introduces a method to automatically add users to cybozu.com common management when information is registered in the SPIRAL database. By simply entering information into the employee information or account management database, users can be added without the need to manually open the management screen and copy items one by one.
By implementing this integration, even if many employees join at once, new employees can smoothly start training and work using apps like Garoon, Cybozu Office, and kintone. Utilizing the automation tool Yoom makes the setup easy, so it is recommended.
Benefits of Integrating SPIRAL with cybozu.com Common Management
Benefit 1: Improved Work Efficiency
Since manual input is not required when adding users, the work time for HR personnel can be reduced, allowing the saved time to be allocated to recruitment activities or training preparation. Additionally, it helps prevent human errors such as incorrect entries or omissions, thereby improving the accuracy of information. By reducing the occurrence of errors, inquiries and corrections related to registration deficiencies are likely to decrease.
Benefit 2: Enhanced Scalability
Even if the volume of information suddenly increases during periods when many new graduates join or during busy periods when many contract employees are hired, it is possible to respond according to the scale. If user registration is completed at the time of joining, new employees can smoothly start training and work using the assigned accounts in the relevant apps. Furthermore, even if the scale of the corporate organization expands due to business growth or the start of new businesses, it can prevent delays in tasks associated with issuing a large number of accounts.

Until now, I have experienced office work at specialized trading companies and in the EC industry.
The work I was in charge of covered a wide range of tasks, such as sales office work, accounting, general affairs, human resources, and legal affairs.
We worked to improve the efficiency of individual tasks, but I think the work could proceed more conveniently by using various support tools and Yoom...
I would be happy if I could send out an introduction article on Yoom that makes use of my work experience and help everyone proceed smoothly with their work.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
