How to schedule a meeting with a customer in Google Calendar based on SPIRAL information and send the meeting URL via Outlook

m.wadazumi

Manual registration and sharing of meeting information is not very efficient. By using automation to register meetings in Google Calendar based on meeting information registered in SPIRAL and notify through Outlook, the workload for the person in charge can be reduced. This can help prevent input errors and notification omissions for meeting dates, thereby improving work efficiency. Additionally, centralized management of meeting information eliminates data duplication and the hassle of verification, making it convenient. Recommended for: - Those who want to centrally manage meeting information - Those who want to integrate multiple tools to reduce duplicate registrations and errors - Those who want to automate meeting settings and email sending Benefits and Examples of Integrating SPIRAL, Google Calendar, and Outlook Benefit 1: Reduction of Manual Work Reducing manual work can potentially streamline daily operations. For example, simply registering meeting information or customer information in SPIRAL allows meeting dates to be registered in Google Calendar and meeting information to be notified through Outlook. This can significantly reduce the time spent on managing and notifying meeting information manually, especially for sales teams that hold multiple meetings daily. Besides improving operational efficiency, it also reduces the burden on the person in charge. Benefit 2: Minimizing Errors Managing meeting schedules manually carries many risks, such as input errors or missing meeting link sharing. Frequent meetings with clients can compromise business reliability if these errors occur. However, by automating everything from meeting information registration to notification, schedules can be registered accurately based on meeting information, reducing effort. Additionally, sharing the meeting URL through Outlook can prevent the worry of forgetting meetings. Benefit 3: Centralized Management of Meeting Information Centralized management of meeting information can unify complex operations. For instance, when meeting with a new client, meeting information registered in SPIRAL can be reflected in Google Calendar, and the meeting URL can be notified through Outlook, enabling centralization. This means you only need to register meeting data for new clients in SPIRAL, eliminating the need to input the same data multiple times. Moreover, sharing meeting dates and URLs through Outlook means there's no need to open SPIRAL or Google Calendar, which is a significant advantage. Now, let's explain how to use the no-code tool Yoom to "register meeting schedules with clients in Google Calendar based on meeting information registered in SPIRAL and send the meeting URL through Outlook." [What is Yoom] How to Register Meeting Schedules with Clients in Google Calendar Based on SPIRAL Information and Send Meeting URLs through Outlook By utilizing the API to receive meeting information registered in SPIRAL and using Google Calendar's API to add meeting information registered in SPIRAL to Google Calendar, automation can be achieved. Additionally, by leveraging the API provided by Outlook, it is possible to notify meeting information registered in SPIRAL and meeting dates registered in Google Calendar via email. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but it can be easily accomplished without programming knowledge by using the no-code tool Yoom. The integration flow is broadly created through the following processes: - Register SPIRAL, Google Calendar, and Outlook as My Apps - Copy the template - Set the SPIRAL trigger as the starting point of the flow and configure subsequent operations for Google Calendar and Outlook - Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration operation of SPIRAL, Google Calendar, and Outlook If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.

I've been working as a writer since my job in child welfare, and I'm currently writing a blog on Yoom. While being surprised by the work efficiency improvements that can be made with Yoom, I would like to share that excitement with everyone and contribute to society. I'll tell you about application integration and automation that even I, who has zero programming knowledge, can do.
