The following screen will be displayed, so please configure the settings.

  • "Access Token" → Set the API key issued in the Squarespace admin panel by navigating to "Settings>Developer Tools> Developer API Keys"
    ※Please allow the following permissions when issuing the API key.

    Products - Read and Write
    Inventory - Read and Write
    Orders - Read and Write
    Transactions - Read Only
    Profiles - Read Only

Next, register your own app for Google Sheets, and select Google Sheets as you did before.
When the following screen appears, please log in to Google Sheets.

Once both app registrations are complete, Squarespace and Google Sheets will appear in your My Apps section.

How to Add Information to Google Sheets When Order Information is Created in Squarespace

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, you can do so from the page below.
First, go to the Squarespace settings and click on "When order information is created".

When the following screen is displayed, please check the settings.

  • "App Trigger Title" → Set as desired
  • "Account Information to Integrate with Squarespace" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Trigger Action" → When order information is created/updated

The following screen will be displayed, so set the "Trigger Activation Interval" as desired.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, set up Google Sheets by clicking "Add Record".
When the following screen is displayed, please check the settings.

  • "Title" → Set as desired
  • "Account Information to Integrate with Google Sheets" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Execution Action" → Add Record

Before scrolling, set up the Google Sheets where Squarespace order information will be added.

Enter the necessary item names from the Squarespace order information.


Scroll through the Yoom screen and set up the "Database Integration".

  • "Spreadsheet ID" → The ● part in the URL "/spreadsheets/d/●●●●●/edit" is the Spreadsheet ID
  • "Spreadsheet Tab Name" → Specify the tab name like "Sheet1"
  • "Table Range" → Specify the table range in the format "A1:G30"

The items set in Google Sheets will be displayed as follows, so select the appropriate output from the red frame.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".


Finally, by turning the app trigger "ON", the automation setup is complete.
