This is a recommended flow for automating the series of tasks from form input to payment link generation and posting when integrating Stripe with WordPress.
Let's Create a Flow to Integrate Stripe and WordPress
Let's get started with creating a flow that integrates Stripe and WordPress! We'll proceed with the integration using Yoom, a no-code platform. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one using this link.
[What is Yoom]
This time, we'll create a flow bot that transfers data to WordPress when a contact is registered in Stripe! We will create this in the following major steps.
Integrate Stripe and WordPress with My Apps
Copy the template
Set up the Stripe trigger and WordPress operation
Turn on the trigger and verify the integration flow
Step 1: Connect Stripe and WordPress with My App
Let's register My App to connect Stripe and WordPress to Yoom. By completing the My App registration first, you can smoothly proceed with the automation settings.
Before connecting, make sure to create customer information in Stripe! ※ This time, it was created as shown in the image below.
1. Click on My App on the left side of the Yoom page and select "New Connection". Enter "Stripe" in the search box at the top right and select Stripe from the search results.
※・【Stripe】is an app available only on some paid plans. In the case of the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you have set will result in an error, so please be careful. ・Some paid plans offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.
2. On the displayed screen, enter the required fields and click "Add".
3. Next, register WordPress with My App. Similarly, click on My App on the left side of the Yoom page and select "New Connection".
Enter "WordPress" in the search box and select WordPress from the search results. On the next screen, enter the required fields and click "Add".
If Stripe and WordPress are displayed in My App, the registration is complete.
Step 2: Copy the Template
From here, let's create the flow! Since we are using a template, open the template page below and click 'Try it'.
The template will be automatically copied to your workspace. Please click "OK" on the next screen.
Step 3: Setting the Stripe Trigger

Select the "Trigger Interval". *It is generally recommended to set it to the shortest time! *You can select the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan. *For more details on the Yoom plan, please refer to here.

I have experience in a wide variety of jobs, such as an SE programmer, new graduate recruitment assistant, and theme park actor.
Among them, SE programmers built corporate systems and worked to improve work efficiency.
Using Yoom, we will carefully disseminate practical approaches to reduce the burden of work in an easy-to-understand manner.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
