You can start right away using the template below, so please give it a try!

Task management is very important for smoothly progressing with daily operations, isn't it?
Wrike is an excellent service that can streamline task management and project progress tracking.
Did you know that Wrike can be even more convenient when integrated with Discord?
This time, we will introduce a method to automatically notify Discord of task information registered in Wrike.
This flow is recommended for those who want to "prevent missing task information" or "quickly share task information with members."
If you are interested, please refer to this article and try automatic integration with Yoom!

Benefits of Integrating Wrike with Discord

Benefit 1. Smooth Business Progress

There may be cases where you want to notify Discord to share Wrike's task information with members.
However, manually sending notifications every time a task is registered takes time and effort.
Especially if tasks are frequently added, the burden is even greater.
By using the automatic integration introduced in this article, notifications are sent to Discord every time a task is added to Wrike, allowing you to share information with members without any workload.
When sending notifications manually, there is often a lag between task addition and notification, but automation allows for speedy notifications.
Each person in charge can quickly check task information, leading to smooth business progress.

Benefit 2. Reduction of Notification Errors

Manually notifying Discord of task information every time makes it easy for human errors to occur.
For example, you might mistakenly write a customer's name in kanji or make a conversion error with a company name.
If there are errors in the notification content, it can hinder smooth business progress and, in some cases, lead to company losses.
By using the integration introduced this time, some of the manual work is automated, which is expected to reduce human errors such as input mistakes.
Additionally, it eliminates the possibility of forgetting to send notifications, which helps prevent missing task information.

Wrike and Discord Integration Flow

Now, let's introduce how to actually integrate Wrike with Discord.
The flow we will introduce this time is "Notify Discord when a task is registered in Wrike."
The specific integration steps are as follows.

  2. Notify Discord

Yoom provides the above two steps as a template.

Once the copy is complete, you can operate it from "My Projects" in the sidebar.

Integration of Wrike and Discord with My Apps

※ If you have already registered, please proceed to "Step 1. Setting the App Trigger".

<Procedure>

1. After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" → "+ New Connection" in order.

2. Search for Wrike and Discord from the search window and enter the necessary information for each registration.

When registering Discord, the following information is required.

On the first page, the account information of Wrike linked in advance will be displayed, so please check it and click "Next" if there are no problems.

On the next page, set the trigger activation interval.
Select any value.
※ The "trigger activation interval" varies depending on the plan you have contracted, so please be careful. For details, please see
here.

If there are no problems up to this point, the trigger setting is complete by clicking "Save".

Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flow Bot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flow Bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"

<span class="mark-yellow">It is recommended to describe the "Message Content" in detail. By doing so, you can understand the task information in detail from the Discord notification content, saving you the trouble of accessing Wrike.</span>

Click "Test" and if no error occurs, click "Save".
If a popup like the one below is displayed, all settings are complete.

Other Automation Examples Using Wrike

Yoom has numerous automation examples using Wrike.
It is possible to integrate with various apps, so please refer to the following representative examples.

1. Add to Google Sheets when a task is registered in Wrike

The flow introduced this time was for sending notifications, but this integration is a flow that automatically adds task information to Google Sheets.
It is recommended for those who want to aggregate task information in Google Sheets to understand the progress status.

2. Add a Case Action in Wrike When Registered in Mazrica

The automation introduced in this article starts with Wrike, but this integration begins with Mazrica and automatically adds information to Wrike.
