How to Integrate Wrike with Garoon to Automatically Add Wrike Tasks to Garoon

a.ohta

Wrike is a very useful tool for teams as it allows easy tracking of project progress. On the other hand, for managing tasks that need to be conducted by a larger group, Garoon, which facilitates organization-wide collaboration, can be effective.

This time, we have integrated these two apps to streamline task management to smoothly advance projects!
It can also be expected to improve teamwork. Please have a look!

Benefits of Integrating Wrike and Garoon

Benefit 1: Streamlining Schedule Coordination

Schedules that need to be conducted by a large group must be communicated as early as possible. However, when work is busy, don't you find that entering them into the calendar gets postponed?
With this integration, when a task is registered in Wrike, it automatically adds the schedule to Garoon based on that information.
This makes it less likely for a lag to occur before it is entered, as it will be automatically registered in the calendar. The entire organization will find it easier to grasp the schedule.

Benefit 2: Reducing the Burden of Task Management

Since schedules are automatically entered into the calendar, the hassle of manual entry is eliminated. This reduces the input work and simplifies the workflow in task management.
There is no longer a need to open Garoon after entering in Wrike, reducing the movement between different tools.
As a result, the workload is reduced, and it should also save time.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!

Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
