How to Create a Flow to Retrieve Website Information Daily and Notify on Slack

Here, we introduce the setup for the flow "Retrieve website information daily and notify on Slack".
This flow template includes an operation called "Operate the browser", which is available with the Success Plan.

If you do not have a Yoom account, please create one from the Yoom account issuance page.

Step 1: Log in to Yoom

(1) Click "Try this template" from "See details" in the banner below.

(2) From the list of workspaces, select any project.
The copied template is stored in "My Projects" in the project list, so please check there.
(3) When the following screen is displayed, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Setting Up a Browser Operation Account

Next, proceed to set up a browser operation account.
(1) Click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen
(2) After selecting "account for browser automation", click "+ Add"

(3) Refer to the setup method for "Operating the Browser" to register My Apps.

Step 3: Slack Setup

Next is the Slack setup. Please register this in "My Apps" as well.
(1) After selecting "apps", click "+ New Connection"

(2) Select Slack from the list of apps
(3) On the access permission request screen, select the channel to post to as desired

(4) Click "Allow"
(5) Registration of Slack in My Apps is complete.
(6) Click "My Projects" from the project list

(8) Click "Edit" at the top right of the flow list screen and proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: Setting Triggers and Actions

(1) Click "Schedule Trigger" from the flow list screen

(2) Set the title of the schedule trigger
(3) In the schedule settings, set the date or day of the week you want to activate the flow bot

(4) Click "Save"
(5) Click "Operate the Browser" displayed under the schedule trigger

(6) Follow the instructions on the detailed settings screen to set the title and each step.
(The following is an example of settings. You can increase or decrease actions according to your operation.)

The specified URL will open in a secret browser, so make the necessary settings on the browser.

(7) Hover the cursor and click when the background turns light blue
(The reference page is an example.)

(8) The applicable actions will be displayed, so select the relevant action

(9) Set the action name and click "Add"
Repeat this step until you reach the relevant page, and click anywhere on the page where the background turns light blue.

(10) Select Retrieve Page URL from the applicable actions

(11) Set the action name and click "Add"

(12) Click to return to the Yoom screen

(13) Click "Test" at the bottom right of the screen, and if no errors occur, click "Save"

(14) Finally, click "Integrate with App" at the bottom

(15) Set the title and make sure the action is set to "Send Message to Channel"

■API Connection Settings
(17) For the channel ID to post to, click the input field once to display candidates. Select any from the list.
