■Benefits of using this template
DocuSign is a tool that digitizes the contract process to save time and costs.
However, manually handling notifications and document sending after contract completion is inefficient and carries risks of errors and delays.
By implementing this flow, an Outlook email will be automatically sent once a contract is completed in DocuSign.
This allows for the automatic and rapid notification of contract completion to the responsible parties, leading to improved work efficiency.

・Please integrate both DocuSign and Outlook with Yoom.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
