- Next, select the form trigger and set the action to “When a form is submitted,” then add a field for uploading an MP4 file
- Next, set the “Operate the browser” action and use an online file conversion service or similar tool to convert the MP4 file received through the form into a WAV file
- Finally, set the Google Drive “Upload a file” action and upload the converted WAV file to the designated folder

- You can freely customize the form fields configured in the form trigger, including the file name and related information in addition to the file upload field
- In the action for uploading a file to Google Drive, you can set any folder ID as the destination folder
