■Flowbot Overview
- First, connect Google Drive to Yoom.
- Next, select Form Trigger as the trigger, set the action to “When a form is submitted,” and create a form that allows file attachments.
- Then, select the RPA feature under Operations and configure it to convert the received JPG files to TIFF format.
- Finally, set the Google Drive “Upload a file” action under Operations and upload the converted TIFF files to the designated folder.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customizing This Workflow
- You can add and configure any form questions in the Form Trigger—not only to collect image files, but also to capture the information needed for management.
- In the Google Drive file upload action, set the destination folder to any folder you choose.

- Connect Google Drive to Yoom.
- Operations that control a browser are available only on the Success Plan. Please note that on the Free, Personal, Mini, and Team Plans, the configured operations in the Flowbot will result in an error.

- The Form feature is available on the Mini Plan and above. Please note that on the Free and Personal Plans, configured Flowbot operations and Data Connect will result in an error.

- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB, so please be aware.
