With this workflow, simply upload an audio file to Google Drive, and RPA will automatically operate the browser-based tool—from converting the file to the specified format to saving it in another folder.

- First, connect Google Drive to Yoom.
- Next, select Google Drive as the trigger and set the action to “When a new file or folder is created in a specific folder.”
- Then, set the Google Drive “Download a file” action as an operation to download the audio file detected by the trigger.
- Next, set the RPA “Operate the browser” action as an operation to access your preferred online audio file conversion tool and convert the file.
- Then, set the data transformation “Replace data using regular expressions” action as an operation to prepare the information used for the converted file name.
- Finally, set the Google Drive “Upload a file” action as an operation to upload the converted file to the specified folder.

- In the Google Drive trigger settings, specify the folder where uploads of audio files should be detected.
- With the RPA feature, you can freely configure the URL of the online audio file conversion tool you want to use, as well as browser actions such as uploading files and clicking the conversion button.
- For the action that uploads the converted file to Google Drive, you can specify the destination folder and file name.

- The “Operate the browser” operation is available only on the Success Plan. Please note that configured Flowbot operations will result in an error on the Free, Personal, Mini, and Team Plans.
