With this workflow, simply receive an EPS file through a form and automate everything from converting the EPS file to PNG to storing it in Google Drive, reducing the burden of these routine tasks.

■Workflow
- First, connect Google Drive to Yoom.
- Next, select the form trigger under Triggers, configure the “When a form is submitted” action, and create a field for uploading the EPS file.
- Next, configure the “Operate browser” RPA feature under Operations, and record the steps to convert the EPS file to PNG and download it using an online file conversion tool or similar service.
- Finally, configure the “Upload file” action for Google Drive under Operations, and upload the converted PNG file to the designated folder.

■Customization Options
- In addition to the file upload field, you can optionally add fields to collect information required for management, such as the project name or client name, in the form trigger.
- When uploading files to Google Drive, you can specify any folder ID as the destination folder.
■Important Notes
- Connect Google Drive to Yoom.
- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
- For details on the file size limits supported by triggers and each operation, see File Size Limits.
- The “Operate browser” operation is available only on the Success Plan. On the Free, Personal, Mini, and Team Plans, the configured workflow operation will result in an error.
- Paid plans, such as the Success Plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and the “Operate browser” operation. For details, see the Pricing Plans page.
