- Next, select the Form Trigger feature as the trigger and create a form for uploading TXT files
- Then, select the RPA feature in Operations and configure the “Operate a browser” action. Access an online file conversion tool and record the steps for converting the TXT file received through the form into a PDF
- Next, configure the “Replace data using regular expressions” action under Data Transformation in Operations to prepare the information used for the saved file name
- Finally, configure Google Drive’s “Upload a file” action in Operations to save the converted PDF file to the designated folder

- The Form feature is available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free and Personal plans, configured Flowbot operations and Data Connects will result in errors.
- The “Operate a browser” operation is available only on the Success plan. On the Free, Personal, Mini, and Team plans, configured Flowbot operations will result in errors.
