Convert audio files to MP3 with RPA when they are added to Google Drive

■Flowbot steps

1. First, connect Google Drive to Yoom.
2. Next, select Google Drive as the trigger and set the action to “When a new file or folder is created in a specific folder.”
3. Then, configure the branching feature in the operation and define the conditions for branching subsequent processes based on factors such as the file type.
4. Next, configure the Google Drive “Download a file” action in the operation.
5. Use the RPA feature to operate the browser for an online file conversion service or similar tool and convert the downloaded file to MP3.
6. Configure an action to extract information about the converted file from the RPA operation results using regular expressions.
7. Finally, configure an action to upload the converted MP3 file to Google Drive.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts a flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within a flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

• In the Google Drive trigger settings, specify the folder that should start the workflow by entering its ID.
• With the branching feature, you can customize the conditions for branching subsequent processes using information obtained earlier, such as the file name or extension.
• For Google Drive actions that download or upload files, you can specify the target file ID, folder ID, and other details using fixed values or variables.
• With the RPA feature, you can freely customize the URL of the web page to operate and the buttons to click. You can also set fixed values or variables obtained earlier for each item.
• For data extraction using regular expressions, you can specify the target text and extraction pattern, and use fixed values or variables here as well.

• Operations that control a browser are available only on the Success Plan. Please note that operations configured in a Flowbot will result in an error on the Free, Mini, or Team Plan.
