■Benefits of using this template

■How the workflow works
- First, connect ClickUp and Dropbox with Yoom
- Next, select ClickUp as the trigger and set the action to “When a task is created”
- Next, set the ClickUp “Get a task” action as an operation to retrieve detailed information about the task that triggered the workflow
- Next, configure the branching feature as an operation so that the workflow proceeds only when the retrieved task information meets specific conditions
- Finally, set the Dropbox “Create a folder” action as an operation to create a folder in the specified location
※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the workflow after the trigger runs
■Customization options
- With the branching feature, set the conditions for tasks that should trigger folder creation, such as a specific list or status
- For the Dropbox “Create a folder” action, specify the destination folder and set the folder name using information retrieved from ClickUp, such as the task name
