■Overview
When a new account is created in Zoho CRM, a notification is automatically sent to a specified LINE WORKS chat room.
The notification content and the destination chat room can be customized.
■Setup Instructions
1. Connect each of the Zoho CRM and LINE WORKS apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set the Zoho domain with the "When a new account is created" trigger in Zoho CRM.
3. In LINE WORKS, configure the linked account, destination chat room, and message content with the "Send message to chat room" operation.
■Notes
・Integration settings with accounts are required for both Zoho CRM and LINE WORKS.
・Please replace the destination chat room and notification content in LINE WORKS with your desired values.
