Add a person to Pipedrive when an attendee registers on Eventbrite

Add a person to Pipedrive when an attendee registers on Eventbrite

Launch this workflow to connect Eventbrite & Pipedrive !

■Overview

Do you manually transfer attendee information from events hosted on Eventbrite to Pipedrive for sales management? This process is not only time-consuming but can also lead to missing or incorrect entries. With this workflow, whenever an attendee registers on Eventbrite, their contact information is automatically added to Pipedrive. Automate data sync between Eventbrite and Pipedrive for smooth customer management.

■Who Should Use This Template

  • Teams that manage leads acquired through Eventbrite in Pipedrive and want to reduce the effort of manual data entry
  • Sales representatives who want to quickly add event attendee information to their sales lists and accelerate outreach
  • Marketing teams looking to automate data sync between Eventbrite and Pipedrive and improve the efficiency of their overall event operations

■Benefits of This Template

  • Automatically add attendees to Pipedrive when their information is registered in Eventbrite, reducing the time spent on manual data entry.
  • Eliminate manual data transfers to prevent human errors such as incorrect entries and missed registrations, keeping your data accurate.

■Workflow Overview

  1. First, connect Eventbrite and Pipedrive to Yoom.
  2. Next, select Eventbrite as the trigger and set the action to “When an attendee is registered.”
  3. Then, set up branching in the operation to split subsequent processes based on specific conditions.
  4. Finally, set the Pipedrive “Add a person” action in the operation to add person data based on the attendee information retrieved from Eventbrite.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts a workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within a workflow after the trigger starts.

■Workflow Customization Options

  • You can flexibly customize the values assigned to each field when adding a person to Pipedrive. For example, you can enter fixed text such as “Eventbrite event” in the lead source field, or automatically assign information retrieved from the Eventbrite trigger—such as the attendee’s name, company name, and email address—to the corresponding fields.

■Notes

  • Connect both Eventbrite and Pipedrive to Yoom.
  • You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
  • Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
  • Branching is an operation available on the Mini Plan and higher. On the Free Plan, workflows containing branching operations will result in an error.
  • Paid plans, including the Mini Plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
