■How the flowbot works

1. First, connect Copper and Medium with Yoom
2. Next, select Copper as the trigger and set the action to “When a new task is created”
3. Next, set Copper’s “Retrieve task information” action as an operation to retrieve the details of the task detected by the trigger
4. Next, configure branching as an operation so that subsequent actions run only under specific conditions
5. Next, set the AI feature’s “Extract text” action as an operation to extract the text needed for the post from the retrieved task information
6. Finally, set Medium’s “Create a post” action as an operation to create a post based on the extracted text

* “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

• When configuring branching, set your preferred conditions—for example, run subsequent actions only when the task name contains a specific keyword
• For AI text extraction, specify the items you want to extract from the Copper task details, such as the content to use as the post title and body
