■Workflow

First, connect Jotform and Lark to Yoom.
Next, select Jotform as the trigger and set the action to “When a form is submitted.”
Then, set the Jotform operation to “Get the latest response” to retrieve the submitted form details.
Next, use the AI feature to create a prompt (instruction) for determining the urgency of the response.
Use the branching feature to continue to the subsequent steps only when the AI determines that the response is “Urgent.”
Finally, set the Lark operation to “Send a message” and notify the designated channel of the urgent response.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the workflow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options

For Jotform’s “Get the latest response” action, enter the ID of the form you want to automate for which you configured a webhook in the trigger. This allows the workflow to start only when a response is submitted to a specific form.
You can freely customize the prompt used to determine urgency in the AI text settings.
