■Benefits of using this template
Creating a group in Microsoft Entra ID allows centralized management of member access rights.
However, you may find it cumbersome to remove users from the group when a project ends or when members are transferred to different departments.
This template automatically removes users from the group when a row in the Google Spreadsheet is updated.
This eliminates the need for manual removal tasks, thereby improving work efficiency.
■Notes
・Please link both Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Entra ID with Yoom.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
・[App name] is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the case of the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the flow bot will result in errors, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are usually restricted.
