Step 1: Connect Airtable and OneDrive with My Apps

After logging into Yoom, click "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" on the left side.
When you move to the page, a search bar will appear. Search for each app name and proceed with the input according to the displayed content.

First, please click "When a record is registered".

The title can be changed to something easy to understand, but the trigger action does not need to be changed.
Once you have confirmed the account information, please click "Next".

On the next page, specify the trigger activation interval and where to get the client information.

The trigger activation interval checks for new client information at the specified time intervals.
Select according to your business needs. Note that the trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan, so please be careful.

If there is no "Created time" item in the specified table, the trigger will not activate properly, so be sure to create it.

Once all items are entered, "Test" to obtain the output.

Once confirmed up to this point, the trigger setting is complete by clicking "Save".

Step 3: Set Up for Folder Creation in OneDrive

Next, please click "Create Folder".
On the first page, just confirm the account information as with Airtable and proceed to the next step.

On the next page, specify the location to create the folder and the folder name.

Select the Drive ID and Item ID from the options, and obtain the folder name from the output.

The file name will change according to the client name, making it easier to understand.
If there is any fixed text you want, please enter it manually.
For example, if you set it as "Folder related to {{Client}}", "Folder related to ~" will be fixed and reflected in the folder name.‍
