Step 1: Register Airtable and Shopify as My Apps

Register Airtable and Shopify as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
Registering Airtable as My App first makes automation setup easier.

First, please register Airtable as My App.
Refer to the help page to register.

Next, register Shopify as My App.
*Shopify is an app available only on some paid plans. For other plans, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you set up will result in errors, so please be careful.

Step 2: Set a trigger to activate when a record is updated in Airtable

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Please read the following screen display and click "OK".

When the following screen is displayed, please check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are needed, click on the relevant section to make changes.
To set up Airtable initially, click "When a record is updated".

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the settings.

  • "Account information to link with Airtable (OAuth)" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Trigger Action" → When a record is updated

  • "Trigger Interval" → Select from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes

  • "Base ID", "Table ID", "Field name of Last Modified Time" → Set as desired

After setting, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 3: Set up an action to update product information in Shopify

Next, to set up Shopify, click "Update Product Information".
When the following screen is displayed, please check the settings.

  • "Title" → Change as needed
  • "Account information to link with Shopify" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Action" → Update product information

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the precautions.

When the following screen is displayed, please set the "Product ID".
Use Airtable's output for other items.
Click the arrow in the red frame to use the output.
Select the output that matches the item name.
Once the settings for other items are complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Verify the automation between Airtable and Shopify

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
