Let's Create a Workflow to Integrate Anthropic (Claude) with Notion
Now, let's actually create a workflow that integrates Anthropic (Claude) with Notion!
This time, we'll proceed with the integration of Anthropic (Claude) and Notion using Yoom without any coding. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one using this registration form.
[What is Yoom]
This time, we will create a flowbot that organizes form questions with Anthropic (Claude) and records them in Notion in a Q&A format!
The creation process is broadly divided as follows:
Integrate Anthropic (Claude) and Notion with My Apps
Copy the template
Set up form triggers and configure actions for Anthropic (Claude) and Notion
Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation
Step 1: Connect My App
Connecting your app first will make subsequent settings proceed smoothly. First, let's connect the Anthropic (Claude) you are using with Yoom. Select My App → "+ Add"from the left side of the Yoom page.
Let's search for Anthropic (Claude). For information on how to obtain an access token (API key), please refer to this page and set it up.
Next, search for Notion. Before connecting, please create a database like the one below. (It's okay to change detailed settings like headers later.)
Once you have logged in, please select the page on the screen below and allow access to the page you want to access.
Once the connection with Anthropic (Claude) and Notion is complete and it is displayed in My App, you're all set.
Step 2: Copy the Template
From here, we will create a flow. Open the template page and click 'Try this template'.
As you proceed, the template will be automatically copied to your workspace, and the following screen will be displayed.
Select OK and proceed to the next step. The template will be saved in My Projects. You can change the template name if necessary. Click on My Projects on the left to display the template you just copied. Click on the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.
Step 3: Form Trigger Settings
Now, let's set up the app trigger. Select the "Form".
Questions are set by default, so proceed to the next step if no changes are needed.
If you want to add more questions, click the red frame to add them.
The completion page settings are optional.
Please set other items as needed.
The obtained values have been test-configured as follows.
Step 4: Setting to Generate Answers Using Anthropic (Claude)
Next, click "Organize Question Content".
Please also check the account information to be linked. Proceed to the next step to configure the items. You can check the model here.
Please select the role from the displayed options.
In content, select "Question Content" from the output. * The item selected from the output will be displayed as shown in the red frame. This indicates that the value is being referenced, allowing you to use the value obtained by the trigger as is. If you set fixed question content here, it will be generated every time the flow is activated, so be sure to select from the output.
Please set other items as needed. Test it, and if the response content is displayed in the output, save it.
Step 5: Setting to Add a Record to Notion
Next, to set up adding a record to Notion using the response content generated from the form content, click "Add Record".
Please also check the account information and link the database.
Proceed to the next step and configure the values for the record to be added from the output. The red frame indicates the use of the output.
Test it, and if successful, save it. * Please note that testing will register it in Notion.
Step 6: Turn ON the Trigger to Complete Startup Preparation
When the following image is displayed,"Tturn on the trigger". With this, all settings are complete, so let's check if the form questions are organized by Anthropic (Claude) and recorded in Notion in a Q&A format.
This was the method for "organizing form questions with Anthropic (Claude) and recording them in Notion in a Q&A format".

I have experienced finance-related work for about 3 years since I graduated as a new graduate.
Due to the industry, there are so many tasks that are done manually, and I came across Yoom when I thought that if automated, I could do more other work.
I'm impressed every day by the convenience of Yoom while writing a blog.
I try to make the structure easy to understand.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
