How to Create an Integration Flow between Apollo and HubSpot

・Set the trigger to ON to complete the flow operation preparation

Step 1: Integrate Apollo and HubSpot with My Apps

Integrate Apollo and HubSpot with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the settings from "+ New Connection" that appears.

Search for and click on Apollo.

Enter any name for the account name and the API key issued here for the access token.
After entering, click "Add" to complete the My Apps integration.

Similarly, search for and click on HubSpot.

Sign in using any method after clicking.

If a verification code is sent, please check the inbox of the registered email address.

Finally, select the account to connect with Yoom to complete the My Apps integration.

Next, log in to Yoom and click the "Try it" banner below to copy the template.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, click "When a contact is created" to set the trigger in Apollo.

Next, check the account selected under "Account information linked with Apollo".
You can edit the title as desired. However, do not change the trigger action and click "Next".

Set the app trigger.
You can select the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Note: The shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.
After setting, click "Test".

After the test, check if the information obtained from Apollo is displayed in the output. If there are no issues, click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action in HubSpot.
Click "Create contact".

Please confirm the title and account information.
Do not change the action and click "Next" to proceed.

Next, configure the details for the new contact.
Click each field and select the corresponding item from the output.

You can select "Lifecycle Stage" and "Lead Status" from the items displayed after clicking.
Once each item is set, click "Test" to check if a new contact is created.
After confirmation, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
