・Set triggers in Apollo and actions in HubSpot
・Set the trigger to ON and complete the flow operation preparation
If you are already registered with Yoom, log in, or register for free and proceed with the settings.

Step 1: Integrate Apollo and HubSpot into My Apps

Integrate Apollo and HubSpot into My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen, and proceed with the settings from "+New Connection" that appears.

Search for Apollo and click on it.

Enter any name for the account name and the API key issued here for the access token.
After entering, click "Add" to complete the My Apps integration.

Similarly, search for HubSpot and click on it.

Sign in using any method after clicking.

If a verification code is sent, please check the inbox of your registered email address.

Finally, select the account to connect with Yoom to complete the My Apps integration.

Next, log in to Yoom and click on the "Try it" banner below to copy the template.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, click "When a contact is created" to set the trigger in Apollo.

Next, check the account selected in "Account information linked with Apollo".
The title can be edited as desired. However, do not change the trigger action and click "Next".

Set the app trigger.
You can select the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
After setting, click "Test".

After testing, check if the information retrieved from Apollo is displayed in the output. If there are no issues, click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for HubSpot.
Click "Create contact".

Please check the title and account information.
Proceed by clicking "Next" without changing the action.

Next, configure the details for the new contact.
Click each field and select the corresponding item from the output.

"Lifecycle stage" and "Lead status" can be selected from the items displayed after clicking.
Once each item is set, click "Test" to check if a new contact is created.
After confirmation, click "Save".

Click "Turn on trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
