In this session, we will create a flow that retrieves a Google Ads campaign report on a specified schedule and adds a record to a custom object in HubSpot! The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
Integrate Google Ads and HubSpot into My Apps
Copy the template
Set the schedule trigger
Integrate with Google Ads and retrieve the campaign report
Integrate with HubSpot and create a record in the custom object
Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation
Step 1: Connect Google Ads and HubSpot to My Apps
(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ Add". From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Google Ads.
(2) From the Google login screen, click "Sign in with Google" and log in with your account.
(3) Select your account.
(4) Click "Next".
(5) Click "Continue".
(6) Next, connect HubSpot. Similarly, click HubSpot from the app list in Yoom. If you have an account, click "Sign in to your HubSpot account".
(7) Enter your email address and click "Next".
(8) Enter your password on the next screen. Once entered, click "Log In".
Once the connection is complete, Google Ads and HubSpot will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Step 3: Setting the Schedule Trigger
(1) Let's specify the date and time when the flow will be triggered using Yoom's schedule trigger! Click on "When the specified schedule is reached" in the schedule trigger.
(2) From the "Specify Execution Time" screen of the schedule trigger, set the schedule. This time, we checked the days of the week for notification and set the time to 9 AM.
In addition to specifying days of the week, you can also freely set dates or use Cron settings!

Once the schedule trigger settings are complete, click "Save" at the bottom.
Step 4: Connect with Google Ads and Obtain Campaign Reports
(1) Next, connect with Google Ads to obtain campaign reports. Click on "Obtain Campaign Reports."
(2) From the "Select Linked Account and Action" screen of Google Ads, check for any errors in the account information linked with Google Ads, keep the action as "Obtain Campaign Reports," and click "Next."
(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, check the red line, and enter the ad account ID and campaign name.
Scroll down and enter the "Start Date" and "End Date" using dates. Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom.

Step 5: Connect with HubSpot and Create Custom Object Records
(1) Next, connect with HubSpot to create custom object records. Click on "Create Custom Object Records."
(2) From the "Select Linked Account and Action" screen of HubSpot, check for any errors in the account information linked with HubSpot, keep the action as "Create Custom Object Records," and click "Next."
(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, select "Object Type" and "Internal Property Value" from the options.
Scroll down and enter the "Value" using the obtained values. By using "Obtained Values," you can reference Google Ads information!
Step 6: Set the Trigger to ON and Complete the Flow Operation Preparation
