Before You Start

First, if you don't have a Yoom account, please create one from the Yoom Account Creation Page. You can start right away!

Step 1: Connect TimeRex and HubSpot to My Apps!

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left menu and choose "+ New Connection".

(2) Click on HubSpot from the list of new connections in My Apps.
(3) If you have an account, click "Sign in to your HubSpot account".

(4) Enter your email address and password on the login screen and log in.

(5) Next, register TimeRex in My Apps. Click on TimeRex from the list of new connections in Yoom, just like in step (1).
(6) The following content will appear, so enter the access name and access token, and click "Add".

Step 2: Set Up the Trigger!

Click on "When a Webhook is Received" in the app trigger.

Once the input is complete, click "Test". If there are no errors, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 3: Set Up the Action!

(1) Next, click on "When the Event Type is Not Confirmed".
(2) Enter the branching conditions and click "Save".

(4) Check if there are no errors in the account information linked with HubSpot, and click "Next".
(5) Fill in each item in the API connection settings. Once the input is complete, click "Test". If there are no errors, click "Save" at the bottom.
