How to Create a ChatGPT and LINE Integration Flow

Once registered, let's start by registering your app!

Step 1: Preparation

Registering My App on ChatGPT

・On the Yoom workspace, select New Connection from My App Registration on the left side of the screen and choose ChatGPT.

Registering My App on LINE

・Similarly, on the Yoom workspace, select New Connection from My App Registration on the left side of the screen and choose LINE.
・Enter your email address and password.
・Select the talk room for notifications, agree, and click the Connect button.

With this, the registration of My App is complete!

Step 2: Copy and Create a Template

・Once the My App registration is complete, let's create a flow bot right away!
・Click the banner displayed just below to copy the flow template.
・Once the copy is complete, the template will be copied to "My Projects".

Step 3: Setting Up the Survey Form

1. Enter the Form Trigger

・Click on Edit to make the template editable.
・Click on "Seminar Survey Form" for the form trigger.

・You can change the form content to what you want to set.

2. Confirm Form Display and Detailed Settings

・The content set in the form earlier has been retrieved.

Step 4: Setting Up Summary of Form Responses

Click on the second item from the top in the template, "Summarize Form Responses".

1. Select Linked Account and Action

・Ensure that you are linked with ChatGPT.
・Select "Converse" for the action.

2. API Connection Settings

・Enter the message.
・Embed the content of the form responses as output in the message.
・Enter other non-mandatory fields as needed.

Step 5: Setting Up LINE Actions

1. Select Linked Account and Action

・Click on Notify LINE at the bottom of the template and proceed to the next setting.
・On the screen to select linked account and action, ensure that the account you want to link with LINE is connected.
・Select "Send Message to Talk Room" for the action and click Next.

2. API Connection Settings

・Enter the message with the content you want to notify.
・From the output, select "Response Content" from the summary of form responses and embed it.
