Step 1: Connect ChatGPT & Notion in Yoom

First, let's integrate your ChatGPT with Yoom.
Select My App → "+ Add "from the left side of the Yoom page.

Search for ChatGPT.

Enter the account name.
Use a name that's easy to recognize, such as your company name or the person responsible for the account.

For the access token, check this guide for step-by-step instructions. Paste it into the Access Token field, and click "Add".

Next, let's connect with Notion.
Before integrating, make sure to create a database as shown below. (Detailed settings such as headers can be changed later.)

⚠️ Note: Databases created after registering with Yoom cannot be linked, so make sure to prepare the database you plan to use before registering in My Apps. If you’ve already linked it with Yoom but need to use a new database, you’ll need to register in My Apps again.

Log in with your Notion account. When the following screen appears, click  "Select a Page".

Select the page(s) to grant access to the database and click "Allowing Access".

Next, click "Generate Response Content".

Then, set an instruction to ChatGPT.
As you can see below, example sentences are entered, so use them as is or modify them.
For this example, we want to provide ChatGPT with the information collected in the form.
So we select the retrieved values from step 3, "Question Content".

  • Temperature: Set a numerical value.
  • Maximum Token Count: A token is a unit of text (such as words or punctuation) that indicates the amount of text the model can process at once.
  • Model: This is the version in ChatGPT. Select "gpt‐4o" this time.

After the test is successful, confirm whether the response content is generated, and click "Save".

Step 5: Add Records to Notion

Next, let's set up an action to add the generated response to Notion.

Click "Add Record".

Then, select Database ID (where you want to update Notion) from the displayed options.

  • Enter the information for the new record that will be added to Notion.
  • For this example, we want to reflect the original "Question Content", and the "Response" generated by ChatGPT.

After a successful test, the Notion record will be updated. Once the update is confirmed, click "Save".

Step 6: Activate the Flowbot

Toggle the "Trigger On" button to activate your flow!
