Let's get started by creating a workflow that integrates ChatGPT with Notion!
This time, we'll use Yoom to proceed with the integration of ChatGPT and Notion without any coding. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one using the registration form.

The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps:
Integrating My App beforehand will make the subsequent settings proceed smoothly.
First, let's integrate your current ChatGPT with Yoom.
Select My App → "+ Add"from the left side of the Yoom page.
Please search for ChatGPT.
Refer to How to Register My App for ChatGPT and proceed with the registration.
※ To execute actions with ChatGPT (OpenAI), you need to have a contract for OpenAI's paid API plan (a state where payment can be made when the API is used).
The use of ChatGPT's API is provided by OpenAI for a fee, and it is a pay-as-you-go system based on tokens during API communication.
Therefore, please be aware that an error will occur if you are not in a situation where payment can be made when using the API.
Log in or register as a member, and click here.
Select Create new secret key and follow the steps to create it.
Next, search for Notion.
Before integrating, please create a database as shown below. (Detailed settings such as headers can be changed later.)
Once logged in, select the page on the screen below and grant permission to access the desired page.
Once the connection between ChatGPT and Notion is complete and displayed in My App, it's OK.
From here, we will create the flow.
Open the template page and click 'Try it'.
As you proceed, the template will be automatically copied to your workspace, and the following screen will be displayed.
Select OK and proceed to the next step.
The template will be saved in My Projects.
You can change the template name if necessary.
Click on My Projects on the left to see the template you just copied.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.
Now, let's set up the app trigger.
Select the "Form".
Questions are set by default, so proceed to the next step if no changes are needed.
If you want to add more questions, click the red frame to add them.
The completion page settings are optional.
Please set other items as needed.
The values obtained were tested as shown below.
Next, click "Generate Response Content".
As before, check the linked account information and proceed to the next step.
Set the required items.

If you set fixed inquiry content here, it will be generated every time the flow is activated, so be sure to select from the output.

Test, and if the response content is displayed in the output, save it.
Next, to set up adding records to Notion using the response content generated from the form content, click "Add Record".
Please also check the account information and link the database.
Proceed to the next step and set the values for the records to be added from the output.

When the following image is displayed, turn on the trigger.
