First, let's integrate your ChatGPT with Yoom. Select My App → "+ Add "from the left side of the Yoom page.
Search for ChatGPT.
Enter the account name. Use a name that's easy to recognize, such as your company name or the person responsible for the account.
For the access token, check this guide for step-by-step instructions. Paste it into the Access Token field, and click "Add".
Next, let's connect with Notion. Before integrating, make sure to create a database as shown below. (Detailed settings such as headers can be changed later.)
⚠️ Note: Databases created after registering with Yoom cannot be linked, so make sure to prepare the database you plan to use before registering in My Apps. If you’ve already linked it with Yoom but need to use a new database, you’ll need to register in My Apps again.
Log in with your Notion account. When the following screen appears, click "Select a Page".

Next, click "Generate Response Content".
Check the linked account information for ChatGPT and proceed to the next step.
Then, set an instruction to ChatGPT. As you can see below, example sentences are entered, so use them as is or modify them. For this example, we want to provide ChatGPT with the information collected in the form. So we select the retrieved values from step 3, "Question Content".

Maximum Token Count: A token is a unit of text (such as words or punctuation) that indicates the amount of text the model can process at once.

Step 5: Add Records to Notion
