t.aizawa

Have you ever missed checking your schedule because your Google Calendar is packed with appointments? Wouldn't it be great if someone could remind you? There's a recommended method for you!
By using Yoom to integrate Chatwork with Google Calendar, you can receive notifications of your Google Calendar schedule on Chatwork at a set time every morning!

This time, we will introduce a method that allows you to manage tasks and adjust schedules by integrating "Chatwork" and "Google Calendar," enabling all team members to share the latest information!

Benefits of Integrating Chatwork and Google Calendar and Examples of Automation

1: Efficient Schedule Management

You can automatically add appointments to Google Calendar based on interactions in Chatwork. This allows you to quickly organize your schedule without forgetting meetings or important appointments.
For example, after deciding on a meeting date with a client, you can directly reflect the chat content in Google Calendar. This helps prevent double bookings and missed appointments.

2: Real-Time Notification Feature

Since appointments added or changed in Google Calendar are notified in real-time on Chatwork, all team members can share the latest information.
For instance, if the date and time of a meeting are changed, the updated date and time are immediately notified on Chatwork, allowing all members to act based on the latest schedule. This feature helps prevent communication errors and schedule confusion.

3: Task Prioritization

You can automatically set task deadlines in Google Calendar according to the importance of tasks in Chatwork.
For example, tasks marked as "important" in Chatwork are set with earlier deadlines in Google Calendar and are prioritized in notifications to members. This feature allows you to clearly prioritize tasks and manage them so that important tasks are not postponed.

Examples of Business Automation Enabled by Integrating Chatwork and Google Calendar

Next, let's look at examples of business automation made possible by integrating "Chatwork" and "Google Calendar" in both directions.

Chatwork⇒Google Calendar

When you schedule a meeting in Chatwork, that information is automatically added as an appointment in Google Calendar.
For example, when the date and time of a project meeting are decided in chat, the content is reflected in real-time in Google Calendar, and notifications are sent to all participants. This eliminates the need for manual schedule registration and enables smooth schedule management.

Google Calendar⇒Chatwork

Appointments and reminders added to Google Calendar are automatically notified in Chatwork's chat room.
For example, if a reminder is set in Google Calendar 15 minutes before an important meeting, it is notified in a specific Chatwork chat room, ensuring everyone gathers on time. This strengthens collaboration among members and facilitates smooth communication.
