Step 1: Integration of My Apps with Confluence and Microsoft SharePoint

First, log in to your Yoom account.

1. Click on My Apps, then click on Add.

2. You can search by app name from the input field.

Registering Confluence as My App

Let's register Confluence as My App!
Enter "Confluence" in the input field, and the Confluence icon will appear. Click on the Confluence icon.
1. A login screen like the one below will appear.
Log in with the account you want to register as My App.
Once logged in, the registration of Confluence as My App is complete.

Registering Microsoft SharePoint as My App

Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general business use (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail. Please be careful.

Search for Microsoft SharePoint in the same way and click on the icon.

1. The Microsoft login screen will appear.
Sign in with the account you want to integrate.

If the registration of My Apps is successful, the following screen will be displayed.
Check if the icons for Confluence and Microsoft SharePoint are displayed on the My Apps screen.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Click "Try it" from the link below.

If the following display appears, the template copy was successful.
The copied template will be stored in My Projects.

Step 3: Setting the Trigger to Activate When a Page is Created in Confluence

1. First, click the icon at the top labeled "When a page is created".

2. Set up the account information to integrate with Confluence.
Select "When a page is created" as the trigger. Once the setup is complete, click "Next".

3. Set the Trigger Activation Interval and Cloud ID.
You can select the trigger activation interval by clicking the dropdown menu, choosing from 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
The shortest interval you can set depends on your plan, so please check in advance!
Also, when you click the input field for Cloud ID, candidates will be displayed as shown in the screen below, so please select from them.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test" and if there are no issues, click "Next".

Step 4: Setting Up Folder Creation in Microsoft SharePoint

1. Finally, click the "Create Folder" icon.

2. Set up the account information to integrate with Microsoft SharePoint.
Select "Create Folder" as the action.
Once the setup is complete, click "Next".


3. Enter the details for each item.
Site ID, Drive ID, Parent Folder Item ID will display candidates when you click the input field, so please select from them.

When entering Parent Folder Name and Folder Name, click the input field → When a page is created in that order, and the information obtained from Confluence will be displayed as shown in the image below.
