Click "Try this template".

Click "OK" and give the Flowbot a name to recognize.

The template will be copied to your "My Project".

Step 3: Set Up Email Trigger
Let’s start by using Yoom’s email feature to set up the trigger for incoming emails. Click on the email trigger action.

Create an email address that will trigger the flow.

Then send a test email to the created email address and click “Test”.
Make sure to test it with a business-related email, including attachments, to ensure everything functions as expected.

If the test is successful, you will see the retrieved value updated. Click “Save” to finalize the trigger setup.
Step 4: Translate Email
Let’s set up to translate the email. Click on “Translate”.

Select the action depending on the number of characters used in the email.

Now, let’s set the translation details.
Select “body” from the retrieved value to be translated.
Then specify the language you want to translate the language to.

Click “Test” to check if the email content is translated correctly, and click “Save”.
📚 Reference: For more details on retrieved values and how to set them up, see the guide here.

Step 5: Share the Translated Result on Discord
Click on “Send Message”.

The next page is already pre-configured. You can change the title if you want.

Enter the Channel ID where you want to send the message on Discord.
Then, set up the message content using the retrieved values from the previous steps.

Once set, click “Test” to receive the test message on Discord.
Once you’ve confirmed that everything works, click “Save” to complete the setup.
Step 6: Activate the Flowbot
Toggle the "Trigger On" button to activate your flow!
Check if the Flowbot you set up is working properly.

That’s it! 🎉 The Flowbot is now complete!
