My App Integration

Once you have completed the registration for Yoom and copied the template, the screen above will be displayed, and you will be taken to a page called "My Project".
Once this is complete, the next step is to integrate Notion and Discord with Yoom.
This is called "My App Integration".
↓
First, let's integrate Notion with Yoom.
To integrate Notion with Yoom, you need to have a page created at this stage, so please prepare it in advance.

This time, we will use the default SNS posting calendar provided in Notion.
We have added a status on the right side to make it easier to understand the progress.
↓
Once Notion is ready, select My Apps from the menu on the left side of the screen and click New in the upper right corner.
Enter "Notion" in the search box, and the Notion icon will appear, so click it.

You will be taken to a screen like the one above, so click "Select Page".

Select the page you want to integrate with Yoom and click Grant Access to complete the integration!
↓
Next, let's integrate Discord with Yoom.
Enter "Discord" in the search box, and two options, Discord and Discord (v2), will be displayed. Please select Discord (v2).

Then, check the Discord (v2) My App Integration Details Page in the red frame and proceed with the registration.
Once you have entered the required fields in the image above, click Add in the lower right corner to complete.
Now that the two apps, Notion and Discord, are integrated with Yoom, let's set up the contents of the flow bot next.
Notion Trigger Settings
From My Project on the left side of the screen, click "Notify Discord when a specified property is completed in the NotionDB for Project Management [Copy]".
Since the necessary items have been pre-entered by using the template, check that the account information to be linked is correct and click Next.
↓

Set the trigger activation interval and enter the database ID.
The trigger activation interval can be selected from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
The database ID is the ID in the URL of the Notion page you want to integrate with Discord.

As shown in the image, the string within the red frame from notion.so to ?v= is applicable.
After pasting, click the Test button at the bottom of the screen, and if "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the Notion setup is complete.
Don't forget to click Save.
Discord Settings
Click "Send a message to the talk room" on the Discord icon.
Again, since the necessary items have been pre-entered by using the template, check that the account information to be linked is correct and proceed to the next step.
↓

Enter the channel ID.
The channel ID is displayed in the URL of the Discord channel, so copy and paste it.

The next step is the final setting. Let's decide on the content to be notified to Discord.
Click inside the message box, and you will be able to select the Notion data that you test-sent earlier, so choose the one you want.
If you select the URL here, you will be able to click on the URL in the message sent to Discord, so it is recommended to include it!

This time, let's select the URL and the last updated date.

Adding a comment or using symbols can improve the layout and make it easier to read.
If you can select as shown in the image, click Test at the bottom of the screen, and if "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, you are good to go.
A notification was also sent to Discord at the same time as the test, right!
Once you have done this, click Save.
↓

When the flow bot is created, the display will appear as shown above.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
This concludes the integration of Notion and Discord. Well done!
