・Integrate DocuSign and board with My App

(1) First, connect DocuSign to My App.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My App" on the left panel and search for DocuSign from "New Connection".

(2) Search for the DocuSign app icon and click on it.

(3) You will be redirected to the DocuSign login screen. Please enter your email address and password to log in.

(4) Choose any authentication method when logging in.

(5) Once authentication is complete, the app integration is complete.
The first DocuSign connection is now established.

(6) Next, let's connect the board.
Search for the board app icon in the same way as before and click on it.

(7) Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" for the board you want to integrate and click [Add].

Once authentication is successful, you will be redirected to the My App screen of your Yoom account.
Now, both apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to your Yoom account is complete, click the icon for "Try this template" in the template below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Please move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are two setup flows.

・DocuSign Launch Settings

(1) First, set the DocuSign app trigger.

From "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Update board project status when envelope is completed in DocuSign".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the following screen.

(2) Click on the first step "When the envelope is completed".
(3) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(4) On the next screen, you need to copy the Webhook URL and configure it in the management screen.
Follow the annotations displayed to configure it.

(5) After sending the Webhook event or executing the trigger event, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain the following information as output.
The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted in the annotation "This value can be used in other operations."

・Board Settings to Update Project Status

(1) Finally, click on the second step "Update Project Status".

(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, enter information such as "API Key" according to the annotations.
Access the relevant app to obtain and configure the information as shown in the image below.

(4) The "Project ID" corresponds to the part "/projects/●●●●/edit" in the URL.

(5) The "Order Status" can be selected from the dropdown according to the operation.
In this case, select [Ordered].

(6) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn on the Trigger and Check Operation

By clicking the red-framed part "Turn on Trigger" on the following screen, the flow bot will start automatically.
