Now, let's explain how to use the no-code tool Yoom to "create a response in Dify and notify it on Discord when a ticket is created in Freshdesk."

[What is Yoom]

How to Generate a Response in Dify and Notify on Discord When a Ticket is Created in Freshdesk

This can be achieved by receiving the creation of a ticket in Freshdesk using Freshdesk's API, generating a response using Dify's AI, and notifying a specified channel using Discord's API.
Generally, building such a flow requires programming knowledge, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily achieved without programming knowledge.

The general setup flow is as follows:

  • Integrate Yoom with Freshdesk, Dify, and Discord as My Apps
  • Copy the template
  • Detailed flow settings (4 steps)
  • Turn on the trigger to activate the flow

If you are already using Yoom, please log in.

Step 1: Integrate Freshdesk, Dify, and Discord with My Apps

First, let's connect the apps used in this flow with Yoom.
After logging into Yoom, click "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

When the app search window appears, enter the name of the app you want to use.

Integrate Freshdesk with My Apps

To integrate Freshdesk with My Apps, you need to enter an API key.
After logging into your My Page, click the icon in the top right corner.

Go to "Profile Settings" → "Show API Key" and paste the displayed value into the Yoom screen.
Enter a desired account name and click "Add" to complete the integration.

Integrate Dify with My Apps

Before integration, please refer to the official website to add an app (chatbot).

Once the app is added, obtain the access token from there.
Click "Monitoring" in the left menu to quickly issue an API key.

Click "+ Create New Secret Key", copy the generated key, and paste it into Yoom.

Enter a desired account name and click "Add" to complete the integration with Dify.

Integrate Discord with My Apps

To obtain the access token required for Discord integration, you need to set up a Discord Bot.
Create a new application from the Discord Developer Portal.

Set the app name to anything you like.
Set an icon image, save it, and proceed to the next settings from "Installation" in the left menu.

Next, add the permissions to be granted from Discord to Yoom.
Refer to the link below for settings, select the server to add, check the permissions, and click "Add" to add the Bot.

How to Integrate Discord Bot with My Apps

Click "Reset Token" on the Bot page to obtain the token, then copy and paste it into the Yoom screen.

Once you confirm that the integrated apps are displayed in the My Apps list, you are ready to proceed.

Next, proceed to the detailed flow settings, and click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the template.

Step 2: Set Up App Trigger in Freshdesk

The initial setting is "When a ticket is created".

On the first page, the account information of the Freshdesk integrated with My App is reflected.

If necessary, correct it to an easy-to-understand title, check the account information, and proceed to the next step.

Next, set the trigger activation interval.
The trigger activation interval can be selected from 5 to 60 minutes, but please note that it may not be selectable depending on the plan of Yoom.

After entering the trigger activation interval and domain name, create a new ticket in Freshdesk and click "Test".
Since it is a test ticket, the content does not matter.

If the test is successful, the output can be obtained.

The content of the output changes for each ticket.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the trigger setup.

Step 3: Set Up Ticket Retrieval

Next is the setup for "Retrieve Ticket".

On the first page, as before, correct the title and check the account information, then proceed to the next step.
Use the output obtained from the trigger setup to set the conditions for retrieving tickets.

Enter the same domain name as the first setting and select "ID" from the output.
If additional information is needed, set it up and click "Test".

If the test is successful, the output can be obtained as before.
Click "Save" to complete the ticket retrieval setup.

Step 4: Set Up Chat Message Sending in Dify

The next setup is "Send Chat Message".

After correcting the title and checking the account information on the first page, set the message content to be sent to the chatbot.

  • query: Select "Plain Text Description" from the output
  • user: Manually enter any value (in alphanumeric characters)

After entering, click "Test" and if successful, the output will be obtained.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the Dify setup.

Step 5: Send Message to Discord

The final setup is "Send Message".

On the first page, proceed as before, and on the next page, set up the notification to Discord.

The message content is set as shown in the image above by default, so if necessary, add or edit using the output.
Enter the channel ID and click "Test".

If the specified message is delivered to Discord, it is successful. Click "Save" to complete all settings.

Finally, turn on the trigger.

This will start the flow. The flow you set up is as follows.
