Integrate Garoon with Google Chat to retrieve pending approval requests from Garoon daily and notify them in Google Chat.

Step 1: Integrate Garoon and Google Chat with My Apps

1. How to register Garoon

After clicking "My Apps", search for Garoon from "New Connection".

Refer to the new registration screen of Garoon and enter the account name and access token.
Once the setup is complete, click "Add".
This completes the integration of Garoon with My Apps.

2. How to register Google Chat
Next, search for Google Chat from "New Connection".

When the above screen is displayed, click "Sign in with Google".

Enter the Client ID and Client Secret, and click "Add".

This completes the integration of Google Chat with My Apps.

Once you confirm that the logos of Garoon and Google Chat have been added to My Apps, proceed to edit the flow!

Step 2: Set the trigger to activate at the specified schedule

First, click on "When the specified schedule is reached".

On this page, you can set the activation interval for sending automatic notifications to Google Chat.
This time, it is set to activate at 9 AM every day.
You can change the day of the week, date, time, etc., so feel free to set it according to your needs.

Once set, save it.

Step 3: Retrieve the list of pending approval request data from Garoon

Next, click on "Retrieve the list of pending approval request data [Workflow]".

Title: You can change it as you like.
Action: Select "Retrieve the list of pending approval request data [Workflow]".
Once set, proceed to the next page.

Set the subdomain and request form ID for retrieving pending approval status request data.

Once set, click "Test" at the bottom of the screen to obtain the output.
Once you can confirm the output, save the settings.

Step 4: Send a message to a channel in Google Chat

Next, click on "Send a message to a channel" to set it up.

Title: You can change it as you like.
Action: Select "Send a message to a channel".
Once set, proceed to the next page.

Set the resource name of the space, referring to the annotation outside the frame.

The message content can be changed as desired.
This time, it is set as shown in the image above.
By setting it this way, you can automatically retrieve "Status", "Creation Date", "Request Number", and "Applicant Name" from Garoon's pending approval requests and notify them in Google Chat.
The parts where the output is reflected will change content each time and be notified.
How to set) Click inside the frame and click on "Status", "Creation Date", "Request Number", and "Applicant Name" in the "Retrieve the list of pending approval request data [Workflow]".

Once the setup is complete, please perform a test.
If the test is successful, a sample notification will be sent to Google Chat, so check and save it.

Step 5: Turn on the trigger

Once all steps are complete, turn on the trigger to activate the flow bot.
