Other Automation Examples Using Google Chat

There are many other examples of automation using Google Chat in Yoom, so here are a few introductions.

1. A flow to forward the content posted in a specified space to another space in Google Chat

This flow is useful when conducting internal communication in Google Chat or when you want to share information with the entire team.
Since there is no need to manually perform the forwarding task, it leads to time savings and prevention of input errors.

2.  A flow to invite users to multiple Google Chat spaces based on information provided in Google Forms

This flow is recommended for inviting multiple people to spaces during onboarding or transfers.
It eliminates the need for manual invitations, thereby reducing work time and easing the burden on the person in charge.

3.  Add content posted in a specific room in Google Chat to Google Sheets

For example, if you regularly report task progress in Google Chat, integrating with Google Sheets can help prevent oversights and save the effort of searching.
There is also the benefit that all members can visualize the progress status.

Benefits and Examples of Integrating LINE WORKS with Google Chat

Benefit 1: Streamlined Task Management

By notifying Google Chat of schedules registered in LINE WORKS, task management becomes significantly more efficient.
In the midst of daily busy work, switching between multiple IT tools is not only cumbersome but also requires attention.
For example, by automatically notifying Google Chat of schedules entered in LINE WORKS before the start of the workday, it can also be used as a reminder function.
This not only prevents overlooking important tasks but also helps in planning the day's work.

Benefit 2: Accelerated Information Transmission

Integrating LINE WORKS with Google Chat can also speed up information transmission within the team.
For instance, if a team leader regularly reminds members about meetings or task progress, setting notifications to the entire team's Google Chat can reduce the hassle of communication.
Additionally, team members can leave comments confirming receipt or report progress, thereby strengthening the team's overall coordination.

Benefit 3: Unified Workflow

In workplaces using multiple IT tools, information tends to be scattered, but integrating LINE WORKS with Google Chat can unify the workflow.
For example, when new team members join due to new hires or transfers, they can easily check the latest schedules and task statuses within the team just by checking Google Chat.
Moreover, utilizing Google Chat's search function makes it easy to review past tasks, ultimately improving work efficiency not only for individuals but for the entire team.

Conclusion

Integrating LINE WORKS with Google Chat offers many benefits, such as enabling not only individual task management but also team-wide information sharing.
Automating daily schedule and task checks can also reduce errors like missed confirmations.
Furthermore, automation leads not only to improved work efficiency but also to enhanced work quality.
Schedule management is one of the important tasks for everyone, regardless of company size or industry.
