ステップ2 メールトリガーを設定「メールが届いたら」

編集画面の1番上にある赤枠をクリック。

受信用アドレスの作成を行います。メールトリガーの設定方法についてはこちら

Yoomで受信したメールがトリガーになり、フローボットが動きます。
この、受信用アドレスの白枠のところは任意です。今回はyoutubeにしてみました。

トリガー条件はカスタムできますが、検索箇所のデフォルトが「件名」だったため件名に「YouTube」の文言が含まれることを条件に設定してみます。

(2/2)メールトリガーをテスト

ご自身のメールから設定したアドレス宛てにメールを送ってください。
受信用アドレスの右にコピーボタンがありますので、アドレスをコピーしてご自身のメーラー・ソフトからメールを送ってください。その際、先程設定したトリガー条件の「件名にYouTube」は入れて送信してくださいね。

→テスト
→成功

→保存

ステップ3 テキストからデータを抽出する

フローボットの２番めのフローをクリック。

(1/2)アクションを設定

こちらはデフォルトのままでOKです。
タイトル→テキストからデータを抽出する
データの抽出→（2タスク）

(2/2)詳細を設定

こちらも一旦デフォルトのまま進めましょう。
対象のテキスト→対象のテキストは編集枠をクリックすると候補がピックアップされるので、そちらから選べます。今回はデフォルトの「本文」のまま進めますね。
抽出したい項目→チャンネルID,開始日,終了日

テスト→成功

→保存して次へ

ステップ4 YouTube連携・設定「アプリと連携する チャンネルレポートを取得する」

YouTubeの連携と設定を行います。

(1/2)連携アカウントとアクションを選択

タイトル→デフォルトのままでOK
アプリ→デフォルトのままでOK
YouTubeと連携するアカウント情報→クリックするとGoogleアカウントの設定にすすみます。今回設定するアカウントを選択し進んでください。

(2/2)API接続設定

こちらもデフォルトで項目が設定されています。
各欄をクリックで、候補がピックアップされますので選ぶのも簡単ですよ。
チャンネルID→チャンネルIDはYouTubeにログイン後、右上のプロフィール写真から「設定」 をクリックし、左側のメニューから「詳細設定」を選択すると確認が可能です。
期間の開始日→任意の年月日でOKです。空白をクリックで設定が可能な条件が表示されます。20XX_XX_ XXという形式で設定してください。
期間の終了日→任意の年月日でOKです。空白をクリックで設定が可能な条件が表示されます。20XX_XX_ XXという形式で設定してください。

私が作成したときは、期間の開始日のところで、「時間」の表記が含まれる内容で設定するとエラーになりました。設定がうまくいかない時にご参照ください。

ステップ5 Gmail連携・設定「メールを送る」

タイトル→メールを送る
アプリ→Gmail
Gmailと連携するアカウント情報→＋ボタンを押して、ご利用になりたいGoogleアカウントの連携許可に進んでください。
メールの内容を確認します。
デフォルトの内容で問題なさそうでしたら

→次へ

(2/2)メールのテスト

先ほど設定したメールの内容をテストします。

メールが送られてきたら連携完了です！
