Before setting up the integration, connect Yoom, Google Business Profile, and Slack to My Apps.

After logging into Yoom, click "+New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, copy the template to My Project and create a flow bot.

Step 3: Set up notifications to be sent to Slack when reviews are posted or updated on Google Business Profile

On the first page, the account information of the Google Business Profile that has completed My App integration is reflected.

Once you have confirmed the account information, modify the title as necessary and proceed to the next step.

Next, test the app trigger.

・The activation interval of Yoom's app trigger can be selected from intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

In the confirmation test, select the account ID and location ID and click "Test".

If the test is successful, it means that it is connected correctly.

If the test is successful, click "Next".

When the test is successful, the input values will be reflected.

Once you have confirmed this, the app trigger setup is complete, so click "Save".
