The Flowbot we introduce this time is perfect for the following people:
Those utilizing Google Business Profile
Customer support (those who feel challenged by rapid customer response)
Digital marketers (those who want to efficiently obtain feedback on strategies)
Product managers (those who want to improve service quality by referencing reviews)
Benefits and Examples of Automating Notifications of Google Business Profile Posts to Google Chat
We considered how this automation can be beneficial from the perspectives of customer support teams, digital marketers, and product managers.
1. Share Information with the Team to Enhance Responsiveness
It is difficult to constantly check reviews posted on Google Business Profile. This Flowbot regularly activates and notifies and accumulates review information in any Google Chat space. Since Google Chat allows smooth information sharing within the team, you can check and respond to notified reviews in a timely manner. This way, the review history is centralized, allowing the customer support team to check the necessary information collectively. Furthermore, since the entire team can share information, follow-ups become quicker and are reflected in interactions with customers.
2. Automatically Receive and Efficiently Utilize Feedback on Strategies
For marketers, knowing how implemented strategies resonate with customers is important. As reviews increase, the business's presence on Google Maps is enhanced, strengthening the impression of a popular store. With Flowbot, you can automatically receive review feedback on Google Chat. You can understand how strategies are reflected without effort and efficiently check feedback. This allows you to quickly move on to the next action.
3. Easily Refer to Past Review History and Use It for Service Improvement
Since reviews are regularly notified and accumulated in Google Chat, you can centralize and save long-term customer opinions. Reviews on Google Business Profile may be deleted by users, but data notified to Google Chat by this Flowbot can be easily referenced and used for product or service improvement plans. Product managers can likely use review data as a reliable source of information to enhance service quality.
