Step 1: Integrate Google Calendar and Google Chat with My Apps
Click "New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu of the Yoom screen.
Enter the name of the app you want to integrate in the search box.
How to Integrate Google Calendar with Yoom
When you search for the Google Calendar app, a login page will appear.
Click "Sign in with Google".
Clicking will take you to the account selection screen, so choose the account you want to integrate. Once you complete the authentication on the sign-in screen, you can integrate with Yoom.
How to Integrate Google Chat with Yoom
When you search for the Google Chat app, a login page will appear. Click "Sign in with Google". *It is recommended to use "Google Chat (OAuth)" for using Google Chat.

Step 3: Set a Trigger in Google Calendar
Open the copied template
Open the copied template from "My Projects" in the menu on the left.
Select an app trigger
Click "At 9 AM every day".
Set the timing to activate the Flowbot. The template is set to notify "At 9 AM every day". Change the day of the week or notification time as needed. After confirming the settings, click "Save". ※ In "Cron Settings", you can make detailed settings such as activating multiple times a day or at different times on different days. Step 3: Set to Retrieve Events from Google Calendar
Click "Retrieve List of Events".
Let's enter the necessary parts.
"Title": Can be changed as needed "Account Information to Link with Google Calendar": Check if it is correct "Action": Select "Retrieve List of Events"
Enter the account to link.
Click the input field for "Calendar ID" to display candidates and select one.
Next, enter "The Day Before the Start Date of the Period to Retrieve". Click the input field to display the output, and select "Yesterday" from the date field. ※ Select the display method "2025-01-01" for the date.
Now enter "End Date of the Period to Retrieve". Select "Today" from the output. ※ As before, select the display method "2025-01-01" for the date.
Once the settings are complete, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".
Step 4: Select Data Extraction Type from Text
Select "Extract Data from Text"
This step (AI operation) is available only for Team Plan and Success Plan. Please note that if you are on a non-target plan, the Flowbot being set will result in an error. Paid plans such as Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can also use restricted apps and AI operations.
Select an action
Change "Title" as needed and select "Conversion Type".
Select the conversion type according to the number of characters in the text. The number of tasks consumed varies depending on the number of characters for "Conversion Type". Please check the Pricing Plan for the number of tasks per plan.
Click "Next" to display the "Set Details" screen. Select the target text from the output.
Next, select the items you want to extract. Once the input is complete, click "Test" and if no error occurs, click "Save".
Step 5: Notification Settings in Google Chat
Link with the app
Click "Send Message".
Select the account to link and the action, then press "Next". "Title": Can be changed as needed "Account Information to Link with Google Chat": Check if it is correct "Action": Select "Send Message"
Select the chat (space) to be notified. You can select from the candidate field.
Next, set the notification content. By utilizing the data extracted from the text (Step 4), you can set the title and start time for each task. After completing all the inputs, execute the test, and if no error occurs, click "Save".
Step 6: Turn ON the Trigger and Confirm Operation
Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" to complete the automation settings. Make sure the Flowbot starts correctly. Thank you for your setup!
