① My App Integration

First, log in to Yoom and select "My Apps" from the left menu.
After the screen transition, please click "+ New Connection".

Select the app you want to integrate, and complete the integration by logging in or signing in according to the screen instructions. Once registration is complete, an icon will be displayed in the list of My Apps.

② Copy an Existing Template

Please click "Try it" on the banner below.

You will see "Template has been copied", so click "OK".

③ Trigger Settings

First, select "When a response is submitted to the form", enter the necessary information, and proceed with the settings.
Enter the account information (email address) to be linked and click "Next".

Trigger Interval
→ You can choose the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.

Form ID
→ It can be obtained from the URL of the relevant form. The "●●●●●●" part of "https://docs.google.com/forms/d/●●●●●●/edit" is the form ID.

If there are no issues with the test results, scroll to the bottom of the screen and press "Save".
Return to the initial integration flow screen and confirm that the error mark next to "When a response is submitted to the form" has disappeared.
If the error mark is still present, the settings have not been configured correctly, so please review the settings again.

Next is the setting for "Send a message to the text channel".
Enter the necessary information in the same way as before and proceed with the settings.
Enter the account information (email address) to be linked and click "Next".

→ Create a Webhook URL from the edit page of the destination channel and set the created URL.

Message Content
→ You can set any content you like!
