Set up the account information to integrate with Apollo. Select the trigger action "When a form response is submitted". Once the setup is complete, click "Next".
Trigger Interval: You can choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. The shortest time you can set depends on the plan you are using, socheck this article in advance to be sure.
Form ID: The red-framed part of the URL is the server ID. Make sure to check the annotations below the input field while entering.
For this test, we are using the following form. Once the setup is complete, click "Test".

Set up the linked account. Select the action "Create Contact". Once the setup is complete, click "Next".
Let's set up each item. When you click the input field, the retrieved value from Google Forms will be displayed as shown below, so please use it when entering!

Step 5: Testing and Verification
