First, please visit the official Yoom website and create an account. If you already have an account, please log in. Yoom Account Registration Page
Step 1: Connect Google Meet and Discord to My Apps
1) After logging into your Yoom account, register the apps you will use. Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection."
2) Select the app you want to register and log in with the account you use for each app. Once the first app is registered, click "New Connection" again to register the second app. For more details on registering the Discord app, please refer to this guide. 3) Once registered, icons for the apps will appear in My Apps. Check to ensure that icons for the two registered apps are displayed.
Step 2: Select and Copy a Template
This time, we will create a flow called [Notify Discord when a meeting ends in Google Meet]. The creation process is as follows: ・Create a trigger in Google Meet for "when a meeting ends." ・Then, set an action in Discord to "send a message." ・Finally, turn it ON to activate the trigger.
1) Click the "Try this template" icon of the introduced template to copy it to My Projects.
2) The following display will appear.
Click the "!" icon displayed on the right in order to edit the flow. The title and details can be changed by clicking on them. Please make changes as necessary.
Step 3: Set the Trigger
Click "App Trigger: When a collection item is created".

1) Select the action "When the meeting ends" and click "Next".
