Step 2: Set the Trigger

The initial setup is the "Meeting File Upload Form".
Using Yoom's form feature, set it up so that the flow activates when a meeting audio file is uploaded.
First, configure the contents of the form.

Configure the contents you want to include in the submission form for audio files, utilizing the "Required" fields.
You can also set items like name and email address.
You can also configure the text displayed on the completion page after form submission, so enter it if necessary.
Once configured, proceed to the next step.
Next, review the form contents and upload the audio file.

Once you've reviewed the form contents, upload a test audio file.
Submission via the form is not possible at this stage, so manual upload is required during setup.
Once configured, click "Save" to complete the trigger setup.
Step 3: Configure Transcription of Audio Data

The next setup is "Transcribing Audio Data".
This setup uses AI operations.
AI operations (transcription) are available only with certain paid plans. If your plan is not eligible, the operation of the flow bot you set will result in an error, so please be careful.
Paid plans offer a two-week free trial, during which you can use AI operations that are normally restricted.
First, configure the action settings.

Decide on the action considering the length of the audio data and the amount of tasks, then proceed to the next step.
Next, obtain the information needed to transcribe the audio data.

Once you've set the meeting file data, click "Test".
If the test is successful, you can obtain the output of the transcribed audio.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the transcription setup.
Step 4: Configure Notifications to Discord

The final setup is "Notify Discord".
Send the information obtained so far to Discord.
On the first page, the account information linked with My Apps is reflected.

If necessary, modify the title and check the account information before proceeding to the next step.
Next, configure the details of the notification content.

The part where you input the output will change based on the data obtained.
If you need a template, type the text directly into the message content field.
Once configured, click "Test". If the test is successful, a notification will be sent to Discord, and you can obtain the output in Yoom.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete all settings.
Finally, turn the trigger ON.

Now, when an audio file is uploaded through the form, it will be automatically transcribed and a notification will be sent to Discord.
The flow you set up is as follows.
