Step 2: Set the Trigger

The first setting is the "Meeting File Upload Form".
Using Yoom's form feature, set the flow to activate when a meeting audio file is uploaded.
First, configure the contents of the form.

Set the contents you want to include in the submission form for audio files, utilizing the "Required" fields.
You can also configure fields like name and email address.
You can also set the text that appears on the completion page after the form is submitted, so enter it if necessary.
Once configured, proceed to the next step.
Next, confirm the form contents and upload the audio file.

After confirming the contents of the configured form, upload a test audio file.
Submission via the form is not possible at this stage, so manual upload is required during configuration.
Once configured, click "Save" to complete the trigger setting.
Step 3: Configure Transcription of Audio Data

The next setting is "Transcribe Audio Data".
This setting uses AI operations.
AI operations (transcription) are available only on certain paid plans. If your plan is not eligible, the operation of the flow bot you set will result in an error, so please be careful.
Paid plans offer a two-week free trial, during which you can use the restricted AI operations.
First, configure the action settings.

Decide on the action while considering the length of the audio data and the task volume, then proceed to the next step.
Next, obtain the information needed to transcribe the audio data.

Once the meeting file data is set, click "Test".
If the test is successful, you can obtain the output of the transcribed audio.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the transcription setting.
Step 4: Configure Notifications to Discord

The final setting is "Notify Discord".
Send the information obtained so far to Discord.
On the first page, the account information linked with My Apps is reflected.

If necessary, modify the title and proceed after confirming the account information.
Next, configure the details of the notification content.

The part where the output is entered will change according to the obtained data.
If a template message is needed, directly type the text in the message content field.
Once configured, click "Test". If the test is successful, a notification will be sent to Discord, and you can obtain the output in Yoom.

Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete all settings.
Finally, turn on the trigger.

Now, when an audio file is uploaded through the form, it will be automatically transcribed and a notification will be sent to Discord.
The flow you have set is as follows.
