1. Click on My Apps and then click on New Connection.

2. You can search by app name in the input field.

Register HubSpot as My App

First, let's register from HubSpot.

Step 2: Setting Triggers Using the Chrome Extension in HubSpot

1. First, click on "Launch from Company Details Page" at the top.

3. You can set the title freely.
Enter the account information to be linked with HubSpot.
Select "Launch from Company Details Page" for the action.
Once you have finished entering, click "Next".

4. Set the URL sample for the launch page.
Note that this URL is for testing purposes, and the Chrome extension will be used when actually executing.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test", and if there are no issues, click "Save".

Step 3: Setting to Add a Client in freee Accounting

1. Return to the flow. Finally, click the "Create Client" icon.

2. Enter the account information to be linked with freee Accounting.
Select "Create Client" for the action.
Once you have finished entering, click "Next".

3. Enter each item.
Business ID and Client Name are required fields, so be sure to enter them.
When you click on the input field, the outputs and suggestions obtained earlier will be displayed.
Select the Business ID from the suggestions. In this case, the client's phone number obtained from the company details page will be inserted into freee Accounting.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test", and if there are no issues, click "Save".

4. With this, the flow of [Adding a Client from HubSpot to freee Accounting] is complete.

Step 4: Testing and Confirmation

Once the setup is complete, the following screen will be displayed.
Click the "Turn on Trigger" button to activate the flow bot.
