・Copy the template
・Set triggers in HubSpot and configure Jira Software
・Turn on the trigger and confirm the actual activation

Let's start by making a new connection for the apps you want to integrate.

・Connect HubSpot and Jira Software to My Apps

(1) First, connect HubSpot to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left and search for HubSpot from "New Connection".

Search for and click on the HubSpot app icon.

(2) Clicking on the app icon will take you to a screen like the one above. If you already have an account, click [Sign in to HubSpot Account].
(If you need to create a new account, select [Create a New HubSpot Account] and create an account.)

(3) Click [Sign in to HubSpot Account] and proceed to the next screen to enter your email address and then your password.
After entering your password, you will receive an authentication code, so complete the authentication.

(4) After authentication, you will move to a screen like the one above, so select the appropriate account.
Select the account with the blue circle as shown in the red frame and click [Select Account].
The first HubSpot connection is now complete.

(5) Next, let's connect Jira Software.
Search for the Jira Software app in the same way as the new HubSpot connection.

(6) After entering "Account Name", "Email Address", and "API Token", click "Add".

After clicking, you will move to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with the two apps added.
Now the two apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to your Yoom account is complete, click the "Try this template" icon for the template below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Please move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are two setup flows.

・HubSpot Trigger Setup

(1) First, set up the HubSpot app trigger.

From the My Projects on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Create an issue in Jira Software using the responses from HubSpot".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) First, click on the trigger "When a form is submitted".

(3) Enter the account information for the HubSpot you want to integrate with, and click [Next].

(4) On the next screen, enter the "Trigger Interval" and "Form ID".
Choose any of the following for the "Trigger Interval": 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Note that the trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

(5) The "Form ID" can be referenced from the 'Candidates' as shown in the image below.

(6) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain output information as shown below.
The output information can be referenced and utilized in subsequent steps, as noted by "This value can be used in other operations."


・Jira Software Setup

(1) Finally, click on the second action "Add Issue".

(2) Add the account information for the Jira Software you want to integrate with, and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, enter information in fields such as "Subdomain" and "Project Key" according to the annotations.
You can obtain information from the entered content and reference it from 'Candidates', so make use of this as well.

As shown in the screen below, you can also utilize the output obtained in the previous step for certain fields.



(4) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn on the Trigger

By clicking the red-framed part "Turn on the Trigger" on the screen below, the flow bot will start automatically.
